Our founders Shrikant Mukte and Mayur Kulkarni started by counselling individuals and families on how to take control of their finances. No product selling. No commissions. Just honest, structured advice.
Over time, this trust expanded into real estate, with Planwise Structures & Spaces Pvt. Ltd. incorporated on 7th December 2013 — bringing the same values of transparency and quality into building homes.
